We are the manufacturer. That means tone, texture, format and corner detail are all things you can specify rather than things you have to accept.
Tone matched to an approved sample. We cast to a sample you sign off, and we can hold it across a phased project — something no quarried stone supply can promise.
Deliberate variation. If a uniform wall is not the intent, we vary tone depth piece to piece to produce a natural, weathered, or deliberately chaotic result.
Matching corner pieces on every line, cast from the same mould and batch. Columns and returns read as solid stone with no seam.
Grout strategy. QuickFit, FastFit, ThinStone and FossilRock install with no grout line at all; Hackett and IrishStone are grouted; brick styles either way. That choice drives both the look and the installed cost.
Natural stone supply varies batch to batch — colour and tone come out of the ground differently each time, so the material delivered in phase three may not match phase one. On a multi-building or phased project that is a real programme risk. Cast veneer removes it.
The no-grout lines also install substantially faster than stone laid piece by piece, and they depend far less on the individual installer's skill — which shortens the programme and narrows the quality spread.
Reserva Las Palmas, Jacó — oceanfront tower, roughly sixty metres, clad in 2008. Full exposure to sun, rain and salt spray; still excellent with no maintenance.
Hotel Crocs, Jacó — beachfront tower, veneer custom-cast to the client's order. Ten-plus years, no maintenance, no resealing. The first six floors are clad, so they have never been repainted — which in a coastal hotel is a substantial saving.
